It's really hard to buy in one state while living in another. Tim was happy to drive 40 miles and video the property for us! He did such a good job of filming that we bought it. He came up with several good alternatives too. He was very professional and when we traveled there to see the property, he was very accommodating and so very friendly. I would tell anyone interested in buying in his area to get the best advocate on their side by going with Tim Crane. (less)

New Years Day 2009, that's when I first came to the Savannah Tn area & met up with Mr. Tim Crane, I put an offer on a home & headed back to South Florida, The home I put my offer on, didn't work out, But Tim called me sent me some videos of other homes, he never stopped trying to fit my needs with a home, I saw one I liked & without even coming back to TN, put in an offer, everything went our way, Tim wondered when I was coming down for the closing, said I wasn't I would see it when I moved up, You see sometimes you meet someone & you just know they are for real, I trusted him

Well 2 years, 5 dogs & some chickens later, My family is still here, My son went back to High School, and will Graduate this may, I'm still learning about this thing they call SNOW (ha ha), But my house and the country living is every thing and more then I could have wanted, Tim stops buy once in a while, just to say hello, and see if there's anything we need, It didn't just end with the purchase of our home

That's the kind of person Tim Crane is, So if you need a home or some land, if you have a question or you just want a GOOD friend CALL TIM CRANE, oh he's pretty good with chickens too. lol
